My consulting services help clients’ with their most critical issues and opportunities: strategy, marketing, communication, organizational behaviour, sales operations and customer experience.
How do I do it?
- Bringing deep, functional expertise, alongwith holistic perspective.
- I work on maximising the value of data and assets to create commercially rewarding customer experiences.
- Optimizing the sum of the parts, not just the individual pieces.
Where do I begin?
I conduct internal and management audits, in order to provide a clear, comprehensive and unbiased analysis of the functional efficiency of the organization and to suggest possible areas for improvements.
How does it work?
- Identify quick, targeted customized solutions and operational improvements that boost underperforming sales
- Align your marketing and brand strategy with overarching business objectives.
- Combine hard metrics with creative magic to build a brand strategy
- Design great customer experiences that build trust and advocacy through consistently positive interactions.
And then what?
- Once the systems and processes are in place, SOPs are set and periodic checks are done to ensure continuity.
- Regular ‘maintenance’ sessions are held to enable staying on course.
