What I do?

My consulting services help clients’ with their most critical issues and opportunities: strategy, marketing, communication, organizational behaviour, sales operations and customer experience.

How do I do it?

  • Bringing deep, functional expertise, alongwith holistic perspective.
  • I work on maximising the value of data and assets to create commercially rewarding customer experiences.
  • Optimizing the sum of the parts, not just the individual pieces.

Where do I begin?

I conduct internal and management audits, in order to provide a clear, comprehensive and unbiased analysis of the functional efficiency of the organization and to suggest possible areas for improvements.

How does it work?

  • Identify quick, targeted customized solutions and operational improvements that boost underperforming sales
  • Align your marketing and brand strategy with overarching business objectives.
  • Combine hard metrics with creative magic to build a brand strategy
  • Design great customer experiences that build trust and advocacy through consistently positive interactions.

And then what?

  • Once the systems and processes are in place, SOPs are set and periodic checks are done to ensure continuity.
  • Regular ‘maintenance’ sessions are held to enable staying on course.
